How can I pay?

You can pay quickly and safely at the professor. Use one of the payment methods below and will receive your order as soon as possible.

How fast do I have my order at home?

At the PROFESSORNL, we send packages as quickly as possible. Every order that is ordered before 5:00 pm the payment of which is received by us will be sent the same day, unless "Pick up" has been chosen.

All orders are sent with the carrier you have chosen. You always get a track & trace code, so that you can follow your own order (except letterbox post).

Is your package not delivered after 10 working days? Then contact us so that we can find it further.

To take off? Pick up is possible at Good Vibes Lifestylestore, but only by appointment and only for orders from € 200. Consult with us via app or e-mail to schedule a collection appointment. Ordered before 12 hours? Then it is possible to pick it up the same day.

I ordered yesterday, but I have nothing inside yet

It is possible that a package has been delayed by a transporter. In addition, take into account the delivery time, as mentioned in the question "How fast do I have my order?" and on the "Shipping" page.

I have a large order and/or I have urgent, can I pick up?

It is possible but with some conditions. Choose pick up with your order. Subsequently, picking up is only possible after consultation with our customer service and a day and time will be agreed. The collection location is always at The Good Vibes Lifestyle Store in Veenendaal. The professor is also doing research chemicals wholesale. A courier can possibly be used for large orders (wholesalers) or emergency orders. There is no fixed rate for this, this is tailor-made and we are happy to discuss with you through our customer service.

Our complete range is developed and produced by recognized and certified laboratories. We stand for quality for all our products and avoid Chinese imports and B-choice chemicals. We also offer a guarantee on our complete range! We also have all our goods analyzed in order to also check our suppliers.

Do you sell prohibited products?

No definitely not! All our products/ingredients are legal for research purposes. As soon as an ingredient or product is banned in the Netherlands, this product will no longer be available for purchase on PROFESSORNL

You can of course buy the best research chemicals at PROFESSORNL At PROFESSORNL we always use a minimum(!) purity of 97% and are almost always above this.
